Bio
Born in Moyeuvre Grande in 1961, François Betting studied at the School of Fine Arts in Metz. Painter, graphic designer and scenographer, he participated in numerous projects before settling in Brussels to devote himself fully to painting. Inspired by the primitive arts, the body, the landscape, music…, he combines different techniques and particularly Indian ink and gold leaf, thus creating a very personal universe. Exhibited in prestigious galleries, he does us the honor of returning to Rombas – where he staged the exhibition “The mechanical dreams of Leonardo da Vinci” in 2008 – to present his unique and poetic works.
